I had to look up what aligot is. What's the world coming to when my son cooks food I haven't ever heard of! Looks fantastic. Wish I could have had some with you.

I didn't know what it was either, I just found it in a book and it looked great. It was super cheesy and garlicky, and had a wonderful texture.

And to think that last night you said you had to figure out what you were going to make for dinner. During the week, that could end up to be eggs and a bagel for me!
