I had to look up what aligot is. What's the world coming to when my son cooks food I haven't ever heard of! Looks fantastic. Wish I could have had some with you.

I didn't know what it was either, I just found it in a book and it looked great. It was super cheesy and garlicky, and had a wonderful texture.
